Dr. Larscheid and staff are dedicated to providing you with a pleasant visit and results that you’re proud to show off. Our administrative staff is ready to help you with questions about scheduling, financial policy and insurance, to make that part of the process as simple as possible.

Financial Policy

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings. If you are in need of funding, Lending Club may be an option for you. We will be happy to assist you with the application process.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.

Insurance Information

At Woodland Family Dental we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well-informed and up-to-date.

Please call if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit.

Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement.

Appointments

When we make your appointment, we are reserving a room for your particular needs. We ask that if you must change an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved room to another patient who would like it.

We currently do not have a charge for missing scheduled appointments. However, repeated cancellations or missed appointments will result in loss of future appointment privileges.

We feel that our patient’s time is valuable. When your appointment is made, a room is reserved, your records are prepared, and special instruments are readied for your visit. Except for emergency treatment for another patient, you can expect us to be prompt. We, of course, would appreciate the same courtesy from you.

If patients threaten staff, curse or use foul language or speak negatively in person or online that they will be dismissed from our care from that time forward.
